Layer 02 — Compliance
LIVEDeforestation verification against the EUDR Dec 2020 baseline, backed by Hansen/UMD, JRC, and SBTN satellite datasets analysed on our own infrastructure — with the option to route through Global Forest Watch Pro as the platform scales. Covers all seven EU-regulated commodities. Audit-ready PDF reports. Built for African smallholder realities: GPS coordinates are optional.

Run a Compliance Check →How it works
01
Enter your commodity type, country of origin, operator details, and GPS coordinates for your farm plot if you have them. Coordinates enable satellite analysis; they are optional.
02
We analyse your farm polygon for natural forest loss since the EUDR baseline of 31 December 2020, using Hansen/UMD Landsat tree-cover loss, the JRC 2020 forest baseline, and the SBTN Natural Lands map, currently run on our own infrastructure. The check works the same way regardless of which covered commodity you export.
03
An audit-ready PDF is generated: farm polygon map, satellite imagery, forest-loss timeline, and a verdict with methodology citation. Designed to be filed with your EU buyer's due diligence documentation.
What the check covers
We overlay your farm polygon against Hansen/UMD, JRC, and SBTN satellite datasets, currently analysed on our own infrastructure, to check for natural forest loss since the 31 December 2020 EUDR baseline. The result is a verdict of CLEAR, CLEAR WITH CONTEXT, NOT CLEAR, or INCONCLUSIVE where the satellite evidence cannot settle the question and manual review is required — always with a plain-language explanation. This is evidence supporting your due diligence statement, not a compliance determination.
The deforestation check is commodity-agnostic: it verifies whether a land plot was deforested after the Dec 2020 baseline, regardless of what you grow there. Cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soy, and wood/timber are all supported.
Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire's African Regional Standard for Sustainable Cocoa (ARS-1000) requires cooperative organisation, child labour due diligence, and forced labour declarations. We check all three for cocoa exporters alongside the EUDR deforestation check.
Each check produces a professional PDF with your farm polygon, satellite imagery, forest-loss timeline, and methodology citation. Timestamped and designed to be handed to an EU buyer's compliance team.
